Recipe for turkish lamb kebabs with tomatoes, peppers, and onions (iib kebap) in our easy ethnic recipes collection. This classic turkish dish is delicious and easy to make. You can cook the kebabs on a grill or place them on a broiler pan and broil in the oven.
(*) Chicken or beef can be used in place of lamb. Or, to make this a vegetarian dish, use cubed eggplant instead.
