Thai sweet and sour sauce recipe

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

How to make thai sweet and sour sauce

• In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir constantly over high heat until sugar dissolves.
• Serve at room temperature.
