Recipe ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 green chili, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to make indian fresh coriander chutney (dhanya chatni)

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Put chutney in a small glass or nonmetallic bowl to serve.

Makes 1/2 cup
